These terms apply to Paperhugz’s “Design Our Next Card” customer design idea campaign.

• Submitting a design idea does not guarantee it will be produced. Paperhugz selects ideas for production at its own discretion, based on feasibility and fit with our existing product range.
• Any design idea you submit, and any card Paperhugz produces based on it, remains the property of Paperhugz. By submitting an idea you agree Paperhugz may use, adapt and reproduce it in our products and promotional material.
• No royalties, fees or other payment will be made for any submitted idea, whether or not it is selected or produced.
• If your idea is selected and produced, we will credit you by name when we share the card on Facebook and/or Instagram, unless you ask us not to.
• By submitting an idea you confirm it is your own original work and does not infringe anyone else’s rights.
• There is no entry fee, and entry is open to anyone. Paperhugz may amend these terms at any time.
• And, if your card design idea is selected, we will be in contact for your address to send the very first card to you.
