Questions

Frequently asked

How long does it take to receive my link?
We aim to have your personalised video ready and the SMS link sent to your phone within a few hours of your order. During busy periods it may take up to 24 hours.
How does the recipient watch the video?
You receive the link via SMS on your phone. Simply copy the link and paste it into WhatsApp, iMessage, Messenger or any other messaging app. Your recipient taps the link and the video plays full screen — no app or login required.
How long does the link stay active?
Your link stays live for 60 days from the time it’s sent to you. The recipient can replay it as many times as they like during that period.
Can I preview the video before I send it?
Absolutely! When you receive the SMS link, tap it to watch your personalised video first. You’re in control of when it gets forwarded to the recipient.
Do I need to install an app?
No app required — for you or the recipient. Everything works through a simple web link in any browser.
Can I see what the video looks like before I buy?
Yes — each product listing includes a demo video so you can see the style and quality before purchasing. Your final card will include your personalised name and message.
