When will my order ship?

Most orders are dispatched within 36 hours, though there may be some delays around sales and peak periods. You will receive a notification when your order has been dispatched.

Where do you ship to?

Paperhugz ships worldwide via Australia Post. Australian delivery takes 2-7 business days for standard post or 1-3 business days with Express Post.

What payments do you accept?

We accept credit card via Stripe, PayPal, Afterpay and Google Pay.

Is paying on Paperhugz safe?

Yes. We do not see any credit card or banking information. All payment information goes directly to the card processor. Our website uses SSL encryption.

Do you offer free postage?

Yes, Paperhugz offers free post within Australia when the card is posted directly to the recipient. Posting to the billing address will incur postage fees.

Can I send a card to Australia from overseas?

Absolutely. Select your card, add a personal message, and enter the recipient's Australian address in the Ship To field at checkout. We handle everything from there.

Do you make custom orders?

Yes. If you can't find exactly what you are looking for, send us a message with details of what you want and we will get back to you with options.

Can I sell my handmade cards on Paperhugz?

Yes. If your cards are handmade and you are based in Australia, we welcome new sellers and designers. Visit our Become a Vendor page for more information.

Delivery and Shipping

We post within 36 business hours of receiving your order. If we receive your order over a weekend, it will be posted on the next Monday. We use Australia Post for all deliveries. We offer free postage when a card is sent directly to the recipient on almost all of our cards, and this does not include tracking. Tracking can be added at checkout. If you require tracking you need to purchase Registered Post. There is an option on all our products to do this. We also have an Express Post option available.

If your card is sent without Registered Post, we can not be held responsible for non delivery. When we post your card, we will update the order with the postage date and tracking information if applicable.

Delivery Times

Once posted, estimated delivery times via Australia Post are:

Australia — 2-7 business days for ordinary post, 1-3 business days with Express Post
United Kingdom — 4-7 business days
United States — 5-9 business days
Canada — 15 days for ordinary post
China — 4-9 business days

Sending Directly to the Recipient

One of the most popular features at Paperhugz is the ability to send your card directly to the recipient anywhere in Australia or internationally. Simply enter your personal message at checkout, provide the recipient’s address in the Ship To field, and we’ll take care of the rest. The card arrives ready to delight — no envelope licking required on your end!

Packaging

All cards are sent in a standard envelope when posted directly to the recipient. If you are ordering and having cards sent to yourself, they will be packed in cellophane bags for protection and then placed into a larger envelope. Please note we charge postage at the single Australia Post rate due to having to “double bag” the cards into the next size up.

International Orders

We happily ship worldwide. If you are overseas and would like to send a card to someone in Australia — or anywhere else in the world — we can help. Simply select your card, add your personal message at checkout, and enter the delivery address. We handle everything from there.
